The company is literally a nightmare. We have had so many problems with Windows not fitting and wrong measurements being taken, Hearing staff swear leaving extreme mess, including rusty nails everywhere. The worst one was this weekend when they left the ladder against the scaffolding someone climbed up and tried to enter the property

Purchased pvc soffits and new guttering seemed ok but problems with leaks on guttering in the same place more or less every year I can see daylight through the guttering which I would say has been cut too short, same person calls each time and says this is now been fixed. Dripping like a tap as I write same person has called today after two visits to Soverien Windows, appointment for tomorrow arranged this will be their forth visit when original fitting is taken into consideration. Soverien seems to have passed this work to a third party from the outset. Damp now showing on the inside of the garage walls. What a mess.

I don't believe they even deserve 1 star! I had the whole back of my house fitted in 2008 and have had nothing but trouble ever since. I have to have them out at least once a year to repair doors and windows that won't lock or even shut sometimes and it can take up to a week to get a repair man out. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Had a new porch fitted last year have had nothing but problems with opening and closing the door they have been out several times to repair it but still the same they say there is no more they can do and they said they would get someone from the manufactories to come and see it but that was nearly 3weeks ago still nothing we would not recomend this company to anyone what a waste of money.

Very very disappointed and been lied to constantly about my childrens safety locking system on there windows (seems like my childrens safetydont matter to them ). Its such a shame as the overal service was good ...
