Hi I just thought, you guys at Marshal's Double Glazing might like some feed back on the work that you did at my house ...Also if you want to use this as recommendation for any other 'would be' customer, not sure who to choose...you're more than welcome! .Money is very hard earned as we all know and when you have a big expenditure like replacement windows ..you really 'grit' your teeth. You've heard all of the horror stories about cowboy traders ..and seen them on the tell ....So how do you know which one to choose? The only way is word of mouth from somebody else who's used the Company that you have in mind..Get them round to do the measuring .....weigh THEM up, see how THEY shape up. Do they just appear to want to SELL at any Price (usually one that keeps changing by the minute)? Marshall's do not! They will measure ...making sure everything that YOU want is taken into consideration ...the glass..the style..the handles etc .....It will all be costed out and presented to you as 'what it will cost' and then it's down to you whether or not if you want it...NO HARD SELLING!! I accepted the Marshall's cost for the job and was given a date to suit us both...The men turned up right on time in the morning ...I hardly knew they were there as they just got on with their work with the least inconvenience to me ...They worked hard all day apart from a lunch break, just cracking into the work ...no standing about or disappearing from the job off up the road to somewhere else!! When the work was finished the guys cleared up everything behind them not leaving any mess whatsoever , beautiful and tidy...and my windows are fabulous JUST WHAT I ORDERED! Nothing more and nothing less. An EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM AN EXCELLENT COMPANY... THANK YOU VERY MUCH. Kind Regards Shirley Simpkin
