Richard sold us a new conservatory 3 years ago and we have been happy so far, had a skylight leak after a year which was fixed within 24 hours of calling them. Unfortunately we have more leaks now in the heavy rain and all attempts to contact 1st class or Richard over the last 4 days have been futile we have now found a total of 3 phone numbers, 2 websites and an email address and all go unanswered leaving me to wonder whether he has gone out of business As others have found he claims FENSA membership but in reality it seems this does not exist Big pity as the conservatory itself is basically good quality and the installers did a good job at the time, but unfortunately the 10 year warranty which was included in the contract appears to be completely worthless
