External door wouldn’t open.Within ten minutes the door was opened and within an hour the gearing had been changed and everything sorted.Quick,professional and reasonably priced
So much stress over having a new frount door. Waiting 12 weeks to have it fitted. The company have had to come out 5 times in total as the door would stick in hot weather and wasn't straight on the frame. Each time the fitters told us it was fine or that there was not more they could do. Eventually my husband suggested contacting the manufacturers, so after 7 months and lots of phone calls and emails the manufacturers came and corrected our issues. We were less than impressed with the customer service we received.
From quotation to completion a 1st class service! No pressure from Rep all discussed and agreed. Started on due date and a cracking job from builders (Steve and Andy) saw us keep them on for extra works. Conservatory fitted by Ritch and Kev and despite short delay owing to 2 incorrect glass panels, finished to a very high standard. A vote of thanks from both of us to all tradesmen for a great job
From start to finish of the project, which was to install a 'living room' conservatory the service and communication was outstanding. The builders who did the base and brickwork were punctual and reliable even though the weather was awful - cold and snowy. The conservatory was expertly fitted by Rich and nothing was too much trouble for him. A great firm that I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to anyone else
