All the so called splash backs are coming off the walls. When I complained I was told its water damage?? Water in a kitchen?? More like bad choice of materials,. I'm an engineer & I understand the materials I work with. This kitchen is awful & why won't you sort it out?? Is it we have your money so it doesn't matter???

I used SBS kitchens based on the testimonials shown on their website. The resulting fitted kitchen was good but beware hidden bodges such as we found after the fitters left. The loft of the bungalow had the insulation displaced to run new cabling & extractor ventilation & no attempt had been made to replace. The new vent had been bodge with 100mm to join into the old outlet despite the instructions for the extractor hood stating a minimum of 120mm to be used. No reducer fitted & held in place with woodscrews & silver tape. See photos on my Facebook page. The rear of the unit housing had been ripped out when only a hole for vent had to be cut leaving a bare plastered wall. I now know that testimonials can only be submitted via a form supplied. They are vetted on return & only favourable ones posted on their website. I have left a full review on their Facebook page but no photos as they cannot be posted. It's a pity the fitters finished off a well fitted kitchen like this.
