Do not use them!!! Awful awful service windows and doors are terrible. Brian is awful! He was so rude and terrible…. He said he didn’t like our attitude because we told him the door wasn’t fitted properly! Please don’t use them it will be the worst thing you do!
Workmen brilliant double back doors installed and front door.
Every year since installation we have had problems of not been able to close the back doors. I call and speak to Brian, takes forever and lots of reminders to get the doors repaired so they will close. Eventuallythe man turns up and job is done, only for it to happen again.
Everytime I speak to Brian he says exactly the same thing"i can't believe that you have problems every year" when I tell him we do he replies with exactly the same answer"refering to my personality" this is no way to speak to your customers and I have been nothing but polite and merely quoting the facts.
Speaking to his staff he is the same with all customers who have to call them back for repairs ,it would seem HE is the one that has a problem.
Long and short I'm now stuck with doors that will not close yet again and will now be taking further action against them
We had a small extension done on the back of the house with a glass roof and French doors.
Workman who carried out the work very efficient, tidy and polite.
Actual workmen were punctual and everything they said was done, on the other hand the manager gave wrong dates causing time off from work to be wasted and after sales from the manager shocking as never got back to us when we discovered a leak!
Work was carried out May 13.
