Had a minor issue with conservatory.

Quadrant built my conservatory and I've had constant leaks, over the years they have been fixed but then another leak appears. My inside wall is crumbling with the damp from the dripping water.
I've made phone calls, sent emails and I've even been to their place of work and he wouldn't see me.
Three panes of glass have also blown in the roof. I've got over 2 years warranty left but they are not interested any more.
We had a conservatory installed by quadrant windows 3years ago and we have had constant problems which quadrant have refused to fix even though it is guaranteed for 10years they do not even come out. The gutters are badly. Fixed . There are metal poles slipping g in the gutter intake they have put no drainage in the down pipe. I have had a builder check it and he told me it was shoddy. Do not buy a conservatory from these people they only want your money.
