had 4 windows and 1 glass replacement at a cost of £1600, total waste of money, aerial cut thru tv not working properly , crap left everywhere, l was promised that all installers were cards in and they did not use contractors, lies !. the two who came here was contractors, tiles in the toilet was broken, the words got their money and ran , sprung to mind, solar lights cut thru and others broken, I would never use this company again, and I would warn anyone asking me on their competency .

A full size orangery: 3 weeks of digging and building work by Mark who was a gentleman throughout, a perfectionist and just the best worker I have ever come across. Next came Stuart and Jason the fitters, two amiable guys who did a good job. The electrician was next and he was a really decent guy, fitted everything we asked at a small additional charge. The whole job took 5 weeks, after a small initial teething problem, it looks brilliant and would recommend them.

In May I had 2 new window frames fitted (incl. glass) and replacement glass for a large patio door. The fitters arrived on time and were brilliant. They worked every minute they were here, left not a scrap of mess and were extremely helpful. There were a couple of admin hitches including design fault which was quickly picked up by Martin and contacting the office could be made much easier than it is. Apart from that I would recommend this company and would have fitters Stuart and Jason back any time. Well done!

Had to contact Malbern to tell them that the back door was faulty about 18 months ago. Was told that we had to fill in a questionnaire and return, which we did. No reply fed up of waiting so fixed it myself. However the locking handle on our escape window won't open at all, so I rang Malbern, given a different number to ring only to be told that all locks, handles and hinges are only guaranteed for 12 months. I explained we were never told this at any point, but I was informed by a not interested attitude lady to refer to my guarantee. When I told her we wouldn't use them again she replied 'ok'

Two doors fitted in 2012. Locking system not functioning from the start. One visit from engineer to adjust system, but no improvement. Further visits refused unless a fee was pre-paid, approx (£120-00) Front door locking mechanism is now only working intermittantly, a serious security risk, and will need the services of a locksmith, presumably at considerable cost. I regret not involving Trading Standards from the first sign of troub. The company appear to have no interest in after sales services, and have forgotten the golden rule - satisfied customers tell their friends, dis-satisfied customers tell everyone.
