Ordered windows and tilt and turn doors for my property. Ordering process was easy. Manufactured quickly and installed by a professional team. Very well manufactured REHAU products. Would definitely reccomend and use again.

I bought a new front door & surrounding panels made & fitted in 2019 with a 10 year warranty. I recently had an issue with my lock & was very impressed with the speed & efficiency of replacing the lock. Very pleasant & helpful staff.

I purchased a new door from Force8, and was very happy with the results. I supplied the measurements and the staff were very helpful in making sure that the door and fittings were correct. Not an easy task as it was a circled top. When the door arrived it was a perfect fit and although I have never fitted a door before it was fitted and working within a few hours. I did need to adjust the door once fitted and so I contacted Force8 and they could not have bee more helpful sending me a video of how to go about the task. I am very pleased with my door and would recommend any one who is considering fitting a new door then contact Force8,

Please avoid this company. The composite front door supplied by this company and fitted by a third party developed a flaw in the door skin. They proudly announce on their brochure that their doors come with a 10 year warranty against colour. This may be so but they will not honour it. Numerous emails; photos telephone calls all to no avail. No after care service at all. Save your money, use someone else.

Absolute Disgrace of a company!! i have been waiting now nearly 12 months for a door i was promised would come in 5 weeks MAX!! when the salesman came he could see my front door didn't lock and that i had to barricade the door shut, he could see and i told him i had a three year old daughter and a Mrs who stay there alone while i'm away. was told that it will take 5 weeks and they will try speed it up however upon taking my deposit ive heard nothing back. i was contacted after 2 weeks to tell me the design was going to be an issue and would i consider changing my mind... Definitely not was the answer as couldn't see an issue, they sell the door, they make the door, its in your catalogue so why is this my problem... 12 weeks on i got a call today to say they wont be fitting it on Wednesday and they don't know when it will be either they'll have to get back to me? cannot believe your still running when this is how you treat customers especially when paying nearly £4000!!!

I gave 1 star as it’s the lowest l could find. Once your door is fitted they don’t want to know. They never return calls despite Kirsty saying she would get back to us on numerous occasions and when I told them of a fault I had with my door I was told I could fx it myself and sent out a DIY pack.

Very bad company to deal with after service is shocking no one come back to you I am seeking legal advice

Selection and order process was quick and efficient. Office staff kept me fully informed of progress and dates. The fitting team were friendly, quick and kept the area tidy and clean. Window was fitted very well to a high professional standard and compared to some of myold windows seems to be of very high quality. The person who measured up noted that the window wasin close proximity to a bath and ensured that toughened double glazed glass was used for safety reasons.

Original door came without a letterbox but Force8 were very prompt in sending a fitter round to install one.

Love my new front door fitted by Force 8. I have used the company before for my Windows and had no hesitation in using them again

The windows and doors have been fine, however when two of the windows wouldn’t open after several years, I contacted Force 8. They were unable to find any of my three orders and said they wouldn’t come out to fix the windows and that I would have to contact a window repair company! Extremely disappointed with the lack of after care after spending nearly £20,000 with them over the years. Definitely wouldn’t use them again or recommend them.

Good overall. Some damage to plaster round back door during removal of old door, could have been better dealt with.

Our experience working with Force 8 has been excellent. We had a brief to replace 6 communal front and rear entrance doors on a development of flats. Steve Williams gave us great advice to ensure we achieved a high standard specification that was practical and took on board the visual appeal by the residents. It was a complicated project incorporating electronic locks and coded intercom system. Communication with our residents regarding the installation was great and fitting done with a minimum of disturbance to the residents. All the way through the process there was clear communication with Steve and the Force 8 team. They came in on budget, delivered and installed what we wanted and we have had lovely comments from our residents saying how pleased they are. We will definitely work with Steve and the Force8 team again.
