Windows seem okay, door a different matter. They have been back on 4 occasions to carry out remedial work & we are still having problems with a dodgy door. We have to keep ringing Admiral only to be fobbed off by confrontational staff who hardly ever bother to ring back.Phoned last Wednesday then on Thursday & again today(Monday) & we still don't know when they are going to bother to come.It seems they have lost interest. I have asked to speak to the boss to discuss the problems & been refused! We thought he might have taken the trouble to call & see what the matter was with them having to come back 4 times & its still not rectified.We unfortunately recommended Admiral to some friends before our problems came into being. They are non too happy with Admiral either. I actually have better things to do with my precious time than waste it phoning Admiral.
