The second time I’ve used this company and am very satisfied with chosen materials and work carried out very quickly. Prompt response to my call and very pleasant to deal with. I would use them again.

Declan and the team have been to our site twice for two different jobs. 1- Was to replace a flat roof that we where having multiple problems with. 2- Call out due to additional roof being damaged in the weather. 1- We had constant problems before meeting this team with leaking and cowboy builders! Declan and their team really saved us coming up to the winter months especially. We have had no problems since and no concerns. Ignoring the reviews below I have always found the company team to be extremely professional, courteous and polite. 2- Weather damage on the night of 31/10/2022 - They provided a quick call out and once again, done an amazing job to renew some very old tiles that had broken in the storm. I have no faults or complaints about their work or professionalism and i would highly recommend this tea. Thank you for everything!

We didn't even get the work done through them in the end due to the verbal abuse myself and my husband received from one employee, whom alarmingly I believe to be the boss. The way he spoke to us was beyond shocking, coming from anyone, let alone a 'professional'. And all because we hadn't had communication back from them following our initial enquiry so we chased up and mentioned this, and he went ballistic?! It deeply concerns me that people with this temperament and zero respect are out there being trusted to do important work on people's homes. Be warned that if you give any critique, no matter how small or justified, you will receive an onslaught of disgusting verbal abuse. Also note that anyone with anything negative to say has had to do so via this website as this company has obviously removed negative reviews from elsewhere - I wouldn't be surprised if this review receives a foul-mouthed and aggressive response!

Terrible company, wish to God we had never used them. Poor workmanship, demands for additional payments to be made in cash, aggressive behaviour, and new roof still leaking that then took 7 months to get sorted as they kept not turning up. Joins in gutters are not tight, so water pours from them when it rains. Confederation of Roofing Contractors were involved and said they were aware of this company's aggressive behaviour, however seemed powerless to do anything. I would advise anyone to avoid this company.

We hired Supreme O Roofing to redo our roof. For the most part the job went as planned. However, the work is quite ruff in places and we wonder if their 10 warranty is actually worth the paper it’s written on, but time will reveal that. Otherwise, the scaffolding went up quickly, the work was done quickly, and they even cleaned up after the job was finished. However, and their customer service and attitude toward you is beyond APPALLING if you query any aspect of their work or billing. There was a small issue with some water staining the ceiling in one of the rooms as it rained on one of the days they had the tiles off. They refused to accept it was their responsibility. However after we queried some of the details on the invoice (address and details of the split of costs between upstairs and downstairs) we received threatening phone calls from a 'Colin' who threatened to remove the roof if we did not pay immediately. He also left threatening messages on both mine, my wife's and the downstairs neighbours phones with a similar threat, and verbally abused my wife when she spoke to him on the phone. We know these issues were quite minor and could have been sorted very easily. We were very polite with all of our communications with them. We just cannot imagine where this escalated from. If you do hire these guys know that they do a rough job (they are pretty cheap after all), but if you have any issues with either their workmanship or the payment you will likely receive similar, or worse abuse, that we were forced to endure. Colin's demeanor goes from polite to severely abusive very quickly.
