This is a most terrible company, probably the worst I have ever used for anything in my life. Had a few double glazed windows fitted a few years ago. Kept not turning up and finally did the job at a later date than originally arranged. Within a few weeks one of the windows was not closing properly and it was very difficult to get them to come and sort it out. Lots of emails and calls that were not answered and I had to keep chasing all the tome. Finally came and fixed the poorly fitted window but it still did not completely close properly but apparently it was fine and sorted. I have am email saying all work guaranteed for 10 years. It's now 6 years later and another of the windows has completely broken. After 2 weeks of chasing them to get back to me to arrange to come and deal with it. I have managed to get hold of someone on the phone today who has said, tough, but moving parts are only guaranteed for 2 years so they will not do anything. I did point out that it was a problem with a moving part that caused the problem in the first place but as I had not been able to get hold of anyone for 2 weeks the window has now completely fallen off. Again, apparently, this is nothing to do with them and does not fall under their promise of ' Please be advised that 'Our products and services are building regulations compliant and carry a 10 year insurance backed guarantee. I hope that these information will assist you in your decision' I will now have to look into taking them to the small claims court to get fairness. My advice would be to AVOID AT ALL COSTS
