H S Window Ltd constructed a beautiful rear conservatory on a £62,000 quote. Kam, the manager, organised everything including the design, the planning permission and building regulations. I had to pay over £20,000 in advance to pay for the glass and I totally trusted him to perform which he did. They are highly competent, courteous and available when needed. Kam also carried out further bespoke works I needed. This included doing structural changes after the glazing had been put in (he took the risk of doing this even though it might crack the glass). From start to finish he was most satisfactory. This is rare that I say this after doing building works for 30 years!

Excellent customer service from start to finish ! Work men were very professional and courteous !! The manager paid a visit to check on how the project was progressing and made sure all went to plan ! I phoned to get some snagging sorted and they were back within 24 hours to deal with it ! I would highly recommend this company !!

I had few windows and 2 door with bi fold aluminium doors as well quality i say very relible and good product very happy with the design and paperwork workmanship is little less could be on time , i am happy now at the end within the time limit and clean work its recommended to everyone to go to this company . Advice just need to be more concentrate on delivering information to customer . i give 4 stars to this company

8 windows , bay window roof and front ,back doors Windows great quality, with an excellent job on roof of bay window. Front and back doors good. Good style windows as asked for. Fitters hard working and done an excellent job . clean and tidy job. nothing was too much trouble for them when asked about something. Work commenced 19th January 2016 for 5 days we will recommend this company to any one who asks about having windows fitted..

The worst company - you really must avoid these people. They installed all our doors and windows - we thought they were ok so we paid in full. then the council inspector came around and failed them as they don't meet regs (no vents on most) etc.. IF you use them - don't pay until the council signs off your work as once HS Windows has your money they avoid you. they won't pick up your calls or fix the issue. Im now lodging a complaint with FENSA.. this company have effectively Stolen our money.
