This company is a disgrace, do not touch them with a bargepole. In May 2019 we ordered double-glazing to be supplied and fitted in our home. Following the installation (which was unprofessionally fitted), FENSA contacted us in order to perform a survey on their member's service. FENSA's report stated there were so many dangerous shortfalls with our installation that they would write to G&B requesting they supply and fit the correct safety glass, and instal supporting poles holding up the roof, which they had removed from our pre-existing windows. 18 months later G&B have done nothing, we have written to them several times, and they have made and broken over a dozen appointments to resolve the problems. G&B also destroyed our pre-existing blinds which we have had to replace and pay for. At the time of writing we are claiming through the courts to receive the money we have had to pay out to have the dangerous situations remedied and the blinds replaced DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT.
