Awful service! This review is a warning to my fellow customers!! (wish I'd had a review like this to read before proceeding with this company) Only use this company if you're in a rush & on a tight budget. They are cheap and do the job quickly, but you get what you pay for...in my case I actually didn't even get that. My windows are medium quality and we're fitted before the agreed date, which you would think is an excellent service but they never came back to finish off the job by taking off the expanding foam or sealing the windows. I've been chasing them for 2 months now and have finally given up. I had previously written a poor google review which coincidentally disappeared shortly after together with their website??? After doing a lot more research on this company than I'd originally done I've found out that they're notorious for setting up new company names and after speaking to a couple of their employees have found out that more than half of their customers are very unhappy. I think this company is about to go bust, again, as all members of staff are unhappy, overworked and some not even getting paid - a lot of people seem to have left recently, especially since a Mr Shah has taken over the company. If you do decide to use them, do not pay them the second half of the installment until you are totally happy with the end result otherwise you will never see them again.

I would highly reccomend bright windows for there customer service and support and after sales, altough i have used them before on a previous project, i came to them again after 2 years as a property developer, the Windows and doors that i had chosen is what i got, the quality of the product is better then what i have seen else where, the overall experience on this occasion is second to none, and will recomend friends and family many thanks to all at bright windows

Today heard the company has gone bust and director has not been replying to emails, phonecalls for 3 months. They have taken our deposit and run!! We have lost thousands of pounds. They kept stalling installation date but were dishonest from the start. BAD nasty company - don't touch with a barge pole!!!

I am extremely happy with Bight windows! They do the best bi-folding doors. The quality is brilliant, their pricing is reasonable and the overall service was just great. Can't complain! Will definitely recommend them to my friends
