I hired Bird & Wedge to replace a leaky roof and replace the tiles. They put down the tiles by hand with no guides or any attempt to put them in straight lines. Glue was visible between and over the tiles. When I complained they pulled up the tiles and replaced them with larger ones that were easier to put down. 18 months later the roof was sagging in one corner. I called them to come and look at it under their guarantee. They refused to even see it, saying it can’t possibly be their fault. Their behaviour has been appalling and unprofessional and their work slapdash at best. Their work guarantee is worthless. I can’t stress enough: Do not use Bird & Wedge
