Recently moved to the area and in the process of revamping the house. Visited when it was quiet on a Friday. Friendly greeting, were told to browse then a few minutes later asked if we needed any help. The service was great and we will definitely be returning to buy our new bathroom.

We visited on Saturday (17th Feb) to get some ideas for our new bathroom and we're impressed by the showroom however the service from the member of staff downstairs was awful bordering on rude. We were just about acknowledged as we walked in, although it was close to a distainful glance although our very presence was an inconvenience and at no time were we offered any assistance or spoken to. The staff upstairs were friendly and helpful in complete contrast, nice showroom and good selection of products just awful customer service, maybe they pr for selling kitchens to bathrooms?
