We had two large doors from Cotswold Windows for our holiday home. The staff were always very polite and the windows are excellent quality. I would highly recommend the company.

Windows and doors carried out in Novemeber 2015. Prior to signing the contract, we had several e-mail conversations with Jonny Davies, the MD, to get advice and to adjust the specification to get within our budget. Mr Davies was always extremely difficult to get hold of (never answering his phone), and when he did reply to e-mails it was always with the minimum information and never fully answering the questions asked. Unfortunately we placed the order with them only to suffer numerous problems with the installation. These ranged from sliding doors scraping off the powder coating, large amounts of water ingress because bottom tracks were not draining, and wind noise and draft due to weather seal falling off at time of intallation. I believe Schuco to be an excellent product but this was sadly let down by the installation by Cotswold Windows. Due to the numerous installation problems, compounded by the extremely arrogant attitude of Jonny Davies the MD, both before and after installation, I would definitely NOT recommend this firm to anyone ! The only thing they are good at, is asking for their money !!

Large sliding doors and aluminium windows. Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Problem after problem. Quality of workmen very poor and very poor communication with director. Sliding doors a complete shambles. The only good thing are the windows. Would NOT recommend.
