Our most experienced fitter carried out this installation; he is renowned within our client base for both his tidiness and the excellence of his workmanship. Other work was being carried out in this property by builders at the same time as our installation, therefore it was difficult to maintain our usual standard of cleanliness; however, we do now incorporate a full clean of the new kitchen at the end of an installation to avoid any dissatisfaction in this respect. We are only aware of one small issue with a piece of worktop upstand which has been damaged due to water saturation and to which we have proposed a solution. We have not been advised of any other issues.
Kitchen
Poorly fitted. Drilling waste from fitting handles left in drawers and cupboards. Layer of dust on everything. Kitchen began to fall apart after only a few weeks. Cotswold Kitchens not interested as they had been fully paid. Claimed issue was with their suppliers.
In summary: very expensive for poor service.
