Wanted a quote for a door,was quoted £1300,salesmen then had to ring boss for a cheaper price as long as I signed on day. Asked salesmen to leave at this point. Shoddy and disingenuous sales tactics, would be worried about vulnerable and older people being subject to this. Would not recommend or use again,

A J Windows went out of business 2013. Therefore any guarantee from them is void. Be aware that the insurance company they use charge you an excess of £80 and also maybe a extra £40. They had been a excellent company but not much use now.
Poor After Sales Service
Needed a door adjusting as would not lock.
I requested an installation engineer have a look / adjust.
AJ Windows were not interested, referred me to an insurance policy as the business had changed ownership. Not prepared to send anybody when I offered to pay.
I am still paying the loan that I took out with AJ Windows
