We was extremely happy with Atlas windows and doors from start to finish ! Roger our sales person was very friendly and helped me make a decision on what windows would suit our home best as I was unsure as it was the first time purchasing windows. The day on them getting fitted the 2 gentleman was on time and very clean and tidy while they did each window within our home.We would definitely used them again and recommend them to friends and family .

We went to their showroom to see the windows and doors "in situ" which was a great way to see what we wanted.John did our quote which was totally hassle free and the price was really good . Conner and Dan did the fitting and they worked really hard (even the rain and wind didnt stop them). They were really polite and very tidy and have done a great job . We would highly recommend Atlas to anyone looking for a good product and a hassle free experience.

We used Atlas Windows (previously Betterview) based on recommendation from friends. The majority of staff had transferred to Atlas and this helped our decision to use them. Extremely happy with the installation.

Used Atlas to rectify damage on the windows and door after a burglary. They fitted a new door which now jams. When fitting a window they recked the wall around it and now are saying they do not do cosmetic repairs and this is the 'best they can do'. When you are asked to fill in a customer satisfaction form at the end of the job their 'engineer' says that 'you can write whatever you want to, love, but if it's not in my handwriting no one will read it!'
The only advice I can give is stay away from Atlas.
Replacement of old wooden door by a modern double-glazed pvc one, and incorporation of a cat flap.

We were pleased with the appearance of the finshed work and find door had a high qulaity secruity lock. we were shown how all the windows opened and locked
