builder started work. left site in a mess and open to the outside elements for months before returning to do a patch up job which was unsatisfactory and ran off with my savings stating that he was unable to carry out the work. Andy was always friendly and full of different excuses. Andy is now not returning any calls or attempting to pay money back. Do not use this builder!
