Ordered a piece of sand-blasted glass with the door number on - not cheap, cost around £200. They came out to measure it, then we waited ... didn't hear anything for several weeks, so went to the shop to enquire. They had the glass, but with the wrong number on it - they hadn't bothered to re-order it, or tell us. They did then re-order it, but when it turned up, it was over a centimetre too small. When we told them, they couldn't be bothered at all - refused to replace it. So that was £200 wasted. Terrible company.

We have used them on an on in the past be will not be using them ever again. They don't call u back then when U call then they r rude and very unprofessional and expensive!
