Although the manufacture of the windows and doors was excellent the fitting was incorrect and shabby. I complained and they agreed to correct the problem, they HAVE NOT. They promise to ring back the same day THEY DO NOT. We are now using "Trading Standards" for compensation.
We have a 10 year Guarantee, IS IT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON!!!!
If your thinking of UPVC Windows BEWARE.
