Bought a front door and windows, sent all sizes into the office, the manufacturers decided to take off 30mm for a cill bare in mind I had all ready highlighted this, my windows were all then short they then suggested I get addons which I had to then collect these direct, when I went to the factory got attitude from the office girl and some worker from the shop floor, saying I should of measured correctly. Had the door fitted which was ok for a few weeks when I noticed it starting to warp I had to have the frame fitted off plumb to accommodate the warped door, contacted the office who said they would come to view it and that was a year ago. The windows are actually ok just the staff and attitude and no customer service. Avoid and pay a bit more somewhere else.
Heard the advert on Clyde 1 , so proceeded to contact them regarding a front door .
The guy came out and sized it up , picked my door , all good ( well ).
Two months later , door wouldn't close right , contacted the company , and here's where it all went wrong .
I constantly had to persue them for updates , most of the time , nobody knew anything about it , the attitude of the call handlers was childesk at the most , " not my fault " , " wasn't me that took the call " , and so on and so on , over 8 weeks .

This is a chance you take , for a cheaper door , with very amateurish staff , you would think this company is based in a garden hut , and its staff on community service . There will be no professionalism here , that you get with real companies , so remember cheap items , cheap service .
If it's too good to be true , you know the rest . Look else where , or suffer the stress if something goes wrong .
I had previously two windows fitted by them , with all working good , but I definitely would use this company again .

Had windows and doors installed by these guys as did my mum at the same time
Paid cash and still waiting on remedial work needing done on my windows
After sales service is shocking I couldnt recommend them
We bought our windows in 2010
The product and fitting were fine but try getting any repairs done
To make it worse both my daughters and mines were done together and paid in full upfront
I wouldnt recommend them for after sales and that is where you need it
Guarantee is worth nothing I have tried all avenues to have issues resolved
From a faulty glazed unit to a door handle that is shoddy and dangerously sharp
Poor very poor after sales service for both windows and doors
Maybe you should look at this before you buy from this company , we did two houses absolute nightmare faulty windows , abuse down phone from office girl , lied to be company on numerous and still not fixed
obviously they have other things on their mind when an action (third one ) to strike off company is stopped at last minute be warmed DONT BUY FROM THEM .................
