Worst company with zero communication and very bad management. Unreliable, Unprofessional and completely disorganized. MAURICE was the guy dealing with our case and it turned out like a Schoolboy, Who has no idea of what he is doing. This comes after 6 months of advance planing in which we had BOTH agreed on a start date for our work ( Major wall removal) As per their instructions we tried to contact them 20 days before to our surprise MAURICE had forgotten to communicate about our work and above all he goes on holiday unreachable for weeks. No one else in this company knew anything but we still trusted and waited. We had to wait untill the date our work was supposed to start to get any reply from them, and what we got was not good. Excuses after excuses First they said someone is sick Then somebody else was on holiday (About the holiday Maurice was not aware till the time our work was supposed to start) For few days were kept unaware what was going to happen Finally we were offered to get our work started the following monday, a week later than agreed. That knowing we were going on holidays at the end of that week. So their solution was to leave our house to them while we were abroad...! And hope they would actually finish the work by the time we come back (please note we had planned our holidays according to this dates, and we wanted to do that while our 2 year old daughter was away for the summer). There is plenty of reason for us to be extremely unhappy for this delay. We expressed our disappointment, What we got back was a shocking reply that they are not doing our job now they made this mess after 6 months prior agreement. Anyone wants to do the their work plz maintain distance from this disastrous company
