This was my second time with SFG. The windows were fitted perfectly. However purchased a composite door and had the letter box installed, well that's were it went wrong. There is a continual draft due to the poor design and on cold days the letter box is soaking wet and a quarter of the door is wet with condensation. SFG having received payment for the work are refusing to fix and blame the manufacturer for the letter box so I am left with a continual draft. What a service will certainly not be recommending .
