My elderly mother signed a contract on 1st March for some small alterations and is still waiting for their completion. She is continually fobbed off with excuses if she is lucky enough to get to speak to someone. Definitely not impressed.

I'm extremely upset that heavers told me my job would be so small that I should just call them a week before it needs to be done. Then when I called they said it they couldn't do it for a month. Thanks for wasting my time.
