Green Windows replaced our very old and scruffy front door and side screens with a Solidor in rosewood with side screens. They were installed at exactly the time promised. However, when the side screens were installed we were very unhappy with our choice. Russell, however, was concerned at our dismay, through no fault of Green Windows, and came round to see if anything could be done to resolve the issue. He was extremely helpful and we now have beautiful bespoke side screens. We are thrilled with the result and would like everyone to know how very professional, understanding and helpful Green Windows were.
