I used this company 2 and a half years ago for a £10,000 bathroom. The salesman, Andrew was nothing but a conman and spent all his time flattering us. I should have smelt a rat but I didn't. The bathroom was fitted but he ordered too many tiles (which we were charged for), the wrong screen door and when the fitter left it, it was in a shocking state. it took us a day to clean it all up. When we tried the aftercare service, we were fobbed off at every opportunity. It took him 6 months to come up with an itemised bill and then it was a joke. I have been waiting for an opportunity to tell the world not to use this company - they absolutely traumatised us for a whole year with the whole debacle, I couldn't even talk about it to anyone. I was so angry with myself for being such a mug. Do not use. I repeat - do not use this company. They are a complete disgrace to the business.

I have recently had a new bathroom from this company and all I can say is what an excellent company they are. I found them to be extremely helpful from start to finish. The workmanship is of a high quality and finish. Would definitely recommend this company to others.
