After a troubled two months, the faded panel of my front door was finally replaced. In doing so the door had to be taken off. Now it is not aligned correctly., and force is needed to lock it I have been requesting by phone since 26th of May for this to be addressed. No response so far. What I wonder iwill be my next course of action.
