I have now used Heatguard Ltd, Chesterfield for a full triple glazed conservatory, a new composite front door and recently for a large window upgrade and replacement. Every time the whole experience from start to finish has been excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anybody. The whole team love their work, are experienced and are totally quality and customer focussed. Not many companies do this nowadays and this culture is so obviously driven by the owner Mark Eels to every member of his team. I just cannot fault his knowledge and professionalism plus the amazing support from the Contract Manager, fast and clean fitters and dont forget Hayley for the admin and paperwork. Finally, on the few occassions where I have needed post contract support or adjustment, this has always been dealt with quickly, efficiently, at no cost, with no fuss, giving the proper Customer Care and Support that they advertise.
