Very pleased with installation of new leaded wi ndows. Good quality l, choice of different colour for inside and outside frames. Very efficiently installed with great care and consideration for the garden by experienced fitters who were very polite and informative. Cleaned up extremely well afterwards and took away all debris. I rang up to see if Ecotherm would come out and have a look at my flat roof which I needed reservising. I could tell by their manner on the telephone they weren't interested. Just spoke to Debbie, a very nice girl. She sells the product very will. she is cheerful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure taking to her. ( I bet she's married). Don't know if we will need anything doing yet, but well done Debbie.
