Avoid at all costs!!! Shoddy workmanship to say the very least! Craftglaze came and repaired my front door lock claiming that it was then 'as good as new' after hammering and bashing away at the door for a considerable amount of time! The lock then completely broke after less than 4 weeks trapping myself, pregnant wife and 3 year old in the house. £200 later the emergency lock smith had replaced the lock, claiming that this should have been done by Craftglaze in the first place! Upon contacting Craftglaze to help towards the £200 costs incurred by their shoddy work, they didn't want to know! Avoid this company as I would never use them again, or recommend them to anyone else. They told me they pride themselves on their reputation, what a joke that is!!!
