As previous reviews have said, staff are useless, we have badly fitting doors, with crap silicone up the sides, lots of marks, including on the big glass that went up the top, its clearly, two gripper marks, have used them for years on various rentals but this is our house and it just keeps "giving" problems, another side panel fell out tonight, its July, we live on a hill?!!! So sad to have to right this review, but workmanship is bad and I dread the Winter!

As much as I like the windows themselves, the actual set finish was awful. They left the frames with all the foam exposed and said their job was done. They blamed the fact that I asked them to recess them more in the framework and had to hack some of the old stone away. Granted, but what about on the stone frame they never had to cut away. They decided no work was to be done, they were finished and chose to ignore all contact with me to try to resolve the issue. Now, 10months in the external work is now showing signs of rust from the tacks they’ve used.!!!

Both fitters were very professional, efficient and courteous. They kept us up to date with progress throughout the job. Everything looks great.

Minor issues have been raised with the installer and their reply is awaited

A first class installation carried out on time and to a very high standard, by courteous, helpful and polite craftsmen.I would willingly recommend them to anyone.
