One of the worst companies that I have ever dealt with. Appalling management extremely poor communications, They fitted a conservatory to our house, although it is reasonably ok, we had many problems with it the last time we had a problem with a door it took five months for them to deal with it, and only after we contacted trading standards. The M D has very poor or rather non exist ant communications skill, how he ever got to run a company god only knows. I was in Sales and marketing in excess of 35 years, and if I treated any of my customers as this company have treated us, I would have been down the road ASAP. Do not have anything to do with them
It was a pleasure to have ANdrew and Bob in the house. They were polite could not have worked any harder. I was sad when they went I would always use Eden Valley Windows again. As a lady living alone I always felt completely safe and everything was explained to me excellent service.
