Garden room done jan 2001 has had nothing but leaks. I have been waiting four weeks now with three buckets and towels covering floor and furniture for the latest leaks to be repaired. Promised return phone calls not recieved, things not followed through! Sick of chasing them! So very poor workmanship and abismal customer service
£9000 worth of stress and let down! Would never recommend them
3mths ago contacted RJM regarding a blown double glazed window under 10 year warranty. The man I spoke to said he was unable to make an appointment, but would contact me in 2-3 weeks. 3 weeks later having not heard. I spoke to another person who I believe was the boss, but was unable to find any reference of me calling. The first date available was a month later. When I asked why an appointment could not have been made when I called 3 weeks earlier the reply was, " I haven't a clue" The inspection was made on the agreed date 5th April The man said either he or someone would ring the next day to let me know what was going to happen. 10th May having still not heard, spoke to a woman who said the person I needed to speak to hade gone to the bank. She would call back by 5pm. Sadly this did not happen! If follow up customer service is Important, I will leave you to make up your own mind before approaching RJM. No doubt I will get the courtesy of an answer when I ring back tomorrow?
Long delays had to keep chasing up on them. O e fitter came on a Friday damaged inside plaster and outside render and couldn't finsh the job left me all weekend with unstable window to come back Monday to finah. Do not use this company
