We had a conservatory fitted by Atlantic, they did all the glass work for us, not the base, though they can arrange that too. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful, which made it easy to design the conservatory we wanted. There was no high pressure selling or hassle, just contact when we wanted it. The installers were very professional and meticulous, they did a fabulous job. Nothing was rushed, it was a very accurate and careful installation. We would certainly use this company again and recommend them to anyone else. It did take a while from order to installation, but well worth the wait. We have used two other companies in the past for windows and doors, but Atlantic were far more caring and professional by a long way.

Absolutely appalling service..porch was meant to arrive before Christmas and didn't. Then when finally the work started it was erected wrongly. Contacted Atlantic and asked to speak to the Managing director, only to get some women who didn't have a clue..passed the buck...after my husband argued with the fitter who had apparently being doing the job for .30 years + we have a porch that is on straight....will never recommend them and advise all to think twice.

From the very first enquiry to the final sweep of the brush, Atlantic Windows provided a top class friendly and local service. Their Consultant Stephen Chivers gave no hassle, no pressure advice and quotation. Suggestions were made but at all times he never once forced us into having anything done that wasn’t required. The confirmation survey was completed without fuss and every question put to the Foreman Ray was answered without hesitation or query, even down to a 4ft fish-tank that couldn’t be moved and a new cat-flap that was to be fitted into the rear door. Fitting of all windows and doors were completed with the minimum of fuss and mess. Ray and Malcolm arrived early on both days and always laid dustsheets throughout the house, again to reduce any mess. When needed an additional member of their team was called in so as to ensure the correct fitting of the front window. Every last small detail was completed without question even down to the fitting of hooks for the net curtains and the door bell push button. The quality and finish of the frames, glass and furniture is top class plus the noise reduction, heat loss and sense of security are already evident.
