If there was an option to give 0 stars I would have chosen it. My company had a shocking experience. Upon the order we were promised 7 days delivery and installation. It took Universal Arches over a month to deliver the windows. When the order finally arrived, the windows were the wrong size (even though we repeatedly told them the size we required and even sent the pictures). The company now refuses to fully reimburse us for the windows and even threatening to take us to court. Disgraceful service. Stay away from this company.
