Recently had a new composite door fitted. They were nothing but great from start to finish we have only praise for this company and we would recommend to anyone. Thanks again.
Replaced 7 windows which look very good. However too much work for one man and lad over two days, especially when he had to leave early to go to the Midlands.Two glass units broken/damaged and had to wait for replacement. Not advised of problems soon enough. Windows not fully cleaned before departure. Driveway left with plastic dust, screws and broken glass visible

Replace four windows with double glazing.
Workmen untidy, didn't cover main areas with dust sheets. Small pieces of glass everywhere, including a bed. Still finding small slivers of glass embedded in the stair carpet and pieces on the lower roof. Silicone on carpet was cleaned off after being pointed out. The workmen were punctual and generally polite but not as efficient as the original workmen who did a partial replacement approximately 2 years previously. This work was carried out in April of this year.
windows &door,,,,,the windows where very well fitted ,,,,,,but i have had an issue with the door,,,which i have reported,and am still in the process of resolving the problem,,,,,,the workmen who installed the windows and door was very polite and couteous,,esspecially the gaffer,he was very conciensious,the work was carried out roughly 3 weeks ago

Having had new windows put in by the company, I wrote a letter of complaint because they refused to pay the advertised £100 recommendation fee to my neighbour who had recommended them to me despite the fact she was able to prove she was a past customer. To date I have not received any reply to my letter.
