The most appalling company I have ever had dealings with. The owner (Craig) is belligerent, arrogant, sarcastic and down right rude. The impression I have got of this company is that they are the important one’s not the customer. You have to ring them and they never return your calls. They give ever excuse they can think of as to why they have not rung you back, none of which are original and are stupid enough to think you believe them.
They try to palm you off with what they want and when you insist on getting what you have ordered they increase the price over twice the amount originally quoted. When you cancel the order, you have to wait until they can be bothered to repay your deposit. If they do, any damaged to your property forget about them repairing it - you have no chance.
