I did post a review here earlier but not actioned by All Checked ? I never had any concerns with Clement back in 2017. Installation team Andy and Dave were excellent. Veka products very good, that was then. Now 2022, a very different story. When things go wrong, obviously the 10 year guarantee should give you peace of mind. Not with Clement. They simply ignore every communication. They are without honour and .

2017 we had 16 Windows, 4 External Doors and a conservatory fitted. The Veka profiles were excellent. Andy & Dave did the work and we extremely satisfied. Moving forward, minor defects were resolved. We felt secure that our 10 year guarantee would be honoured. 2022. Richard Clement refuses to engage with us. He blatantly ignores every phone call, text message and voice message. So far we have spent £180 on a Locksmith, because a lock failed and we couldn't secure our home. Informed Clement, no response. We have 2 failed glazing units, again absolutely nothing. Clement guarantee is not worth the paper it's written on . Clement have lost the plot and can't be trusted. Buyer beware, they are dishonest.

Just had 2 bay windows and front door fitted,cant fault this company,the lads did a fantastic job for us,they turned up when they said they would , were very tidy, very professional in what they did, and kept us informed of what was happening , and most importantly we got a fair price for the job, would not hesitate to use this company again.

Had new glass replaced in vestibule door and windows. Job was unfinished properly . The fitter came back to “make good” but it was a disgrace, we could still see black sticky stuff around the edge of the windows , the sealant was hit and miss and not straight, both sides did not match,. We would have been better leaving it as it was. Would never recommend or use this company again.

This is now the 3rd time av wrote on there site and it keeps getting taken down people should no there guarantee means nothing to them they say they will come back if u have problems but they don't

Really bad company never would I recommend them asked them to fix my window with it being under guarantee they breach it and fobed me off

The installers have now finished and we are delighted with the result. The replacement windows exactly match the original windows, except they are double grlazed, which is what we wanted to achieve. Mick and his team were highly professional and left everything clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to have them here. We have had Rolls-Royce treatment from beginning to end; from the first site visit, to finding a date for installation at such short notice to fit in with my work commitments and my husband's health. We are now the second house in the road to have Clement windows and I would unhesitatingly recommend the company. Moray West Sussex May 2018

These are the worst people I have ever used. Whilst trading under the name of Plasia, which has been dissolved - I wonder why ! they replaced my gates. Apart from charging me for a part they didn't fit, the work they did was very poor. The gates dropped and I contacted Richard Clement. It took him a month to call round and said he would return in two weeks but didn't turn up. Despite over twenty phone calls to Clement junior and senior and to the head office they did not have the courtesy to reply to my request for contact. I spoke to Clement junior once and he said he would be round in two days but needless to say did not show. Totally useless and ignorant, do not touch!

I have used this company several times over the past 9 years and have known them for some years previous to that. I consider them completely trustworthy and have always received very good service from them on all work they have carried out.

Richard Clement and the whole installation team were brilliant, they could not do enough for us, and the finished installation far exceeded are expectation, we could not thank them enough!HIGHLY RECOMMEND to everyone i know.

July 2015 they replaced our old wood decking and rails with PVC and did a fantastic job. From our initial enquiry to completion we could not fault Clement Home Services. We would highly recommend this company and their workforce..

Contacted Clements to get quote for repair to exisitng doors and new handles. Had to chase several times before obtaining a quote. Accepted quote and then had to chase to try and get date for visit. In the end gave up and have not heard from them since.
