Absolutely Outstanding service from Andy and his team at WFS Anglia. They have have just installed a large conservatory at my Mum's house in Werrington, Peterborough. It is suberb! -exactly as we hoped. His team were super professional, punctual, and tidy. I cant praise them high enough. They even built a little patio area for my mum, without charge!! The build quality is the best I've seen! Thank you :)

We have just had all windows and doors replaced, last year we had a conservatory and all the soffits replaced ,all the products are 1st class also the workmanship is excellent. We would have no heditation in recommending W.F.S and the helpful advice of Andy Saunders.

Had 2 New sets of Patio Doors fitted. Very please with the quality of units. The two gentleman fitters were very professional. Workmanship was excellent, left no redecorating or touching up to do when finished. Would highly recommend them. Many Thanks Jeff

Had 2 windows fitted by WFS Anglia who were recommended by someone who had used them and were happy with the fitting and product . I was happy with the price and gave the go ahead . When finished and fitters had left and I returned home I noticed the some problems . To cut a very long story short I will get to the basics, Shoddy mastic on the inside and outside of the frame and they did not trim the inside of the window with quadrant except on the window sill. This and other defects caused the terrible draught that was apparent on both windows which was nearly as bad as the old 30 year old wooden ones they removed . After phoning and voicing my concerns many times ,they finally came back around 5-6 months later to spend 20 minutes at my property shoving more silicone in where they could . If you are wondering why so may months , excuses were I forgot all about it , I lost your number etc etc etc. My advice is be warned , WFS have done some good work but they have also done a lot of shoddy work as was the case with me . A message to Mr A .SAUNDERS of WFS is this please feel free to contact me at any time to arrange the correct fitting of these windows which must involve the complete removal and refitting in the proper manner to which they are intended ,I ask no more than that . I will not contact you to complain as I have been down this route .I also wish you don't contact myself unless it is to arrange the above.
