Totally damaged my property and walked away, this company takes your money and rejects defects and unprofessional workmanship.
They damaged my plaster and wooden panels, and left my new bathroom in a ruin. Photos as proof.
Complete service from RA Baker was great from start to finish. Measuring and fitting carried out on the appointed days and in a very professional manner. Fitters were very polite, and overcame any snags quickly, left the job looking great and the house clean and tidy. When we replace more windows we will be giving RA Bakers a call.
I needed 2 x misted window units replacing and a front door supplying and fitting ,first response was very impressive, they came out the next day and took measurements and promised to get me a price for the door.
It was three weeks later before I had any further contact, I was assured that I would have a price for the door
by the next day, seven days later I was contacted again by which time I had gone with another company for the supply of the door.
I did use R.A. Baker to replace the misted units as I had agreed a price when they first came out.
