Hired by property manager to repair a roof and a water damaged ceil. The guys were polite enough, asked if I wanted them to remove their boots and engaged in casual small talk and the ceiling repair was done. Other then that, I can’t really say positive about them. Their time keeping is poor and didn’t even turn up on one day and gave no reason or apology. They didn’t clean up on either of the days and left scuff marks on the kitchen floor.
