A disabled woman had a brand new front door and a raised ramp installed the door has sunlight coming through the bottom which will be a draught in the winter. The concrete on the ramp has cracked and when it rains there is a puddle of water in the middle of it. There is also a lip to go over due to them laying the concrete over two days, Then we have the railings which should be on the inside of the ramp which of course makes sense to anyone reading this but of course there is one on the inside and one on the outside. The older guy who laid this cement even cleared the excess concrete of the drain cover and put it in the drain, rather than sweeping it up like a normal person he then replaced the drain cover to try and hide what he did. This company even managed to put a large crack in the pathway directly outside the house by parking there heavy vehicles on it. There working day is shorter than a child at school, and they never knock to say hello or goodbye when they leave.
