I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY I employed Countryside kitchens in November 2019 to supply and fit my kitchen. Lovely showroom great sales chat and downhill all the way once they have your cash from you. I was appalled by the way this company treated me. I had a catastrophe of disasters throughout my kitchen being fitted . My friends and family were shocked at the way my kitchen was left. After almost a year I got justice over my kitchen which allowed me to have my kitchen completed to a professional finish. This company took almost £20,000 upfront from me and it took me almost two months to get them to come back to see the issues they were a nightmare I would not recommend them. RESPONSE FROM COUNTRYSIDE KITCHENS This customer reported us to trading standards and a review was conducted by Trading standards. Their review concluded our paperwork and service was 10/10 and couldn’t find a fault. The customer didn’t like what they received so went out her way to find ways to get her own way. Unfortunately this resulted in a broken relationship
