Please do not use. I have been waiting for my door for the last 12 weeks. I was told I will get my front door by 6 weeks with delays. It’s now been over 12 weeks. I am constantly calling them company and no one can give me answers. At one point a gentlemen said it was delivered the first week of December and will contact me to arrange fitting. 3 weeks later I’m still waiting. Numerous phone calls to the reception and I keep getting told my the lady I will get a call back and still no call back. I am still waiting. They don’t care about customer service or how to deal with customers. I am very disappointment and upset. Please avoid this company- not worth the hassle. I really regret going with them now!

Sincerely the worst Company I've ever dealt with, unreliable, unprofessional, totally careless overbearing and arrogant, not to mention they lie and keep your deposit even when the job is cancelled. Reported them to Ombusman and Trading Standard!

I absolutely love my new front door. So is it clean and wipe down. I feel totally secure and safe with all the super duper locks..

We are very pleased with the finished product which has made such a difference because now the room is suitable for all occasions. The fitters were first class and left the site pristine and caused no disruption at all. fitters were very attentive and answered all questions. Some minor teething issues were dealt with very speedily, ie same day /following morning. Again, the finished quality is excellent and we will have no hesitation in recommending this Company." BR PP

The customer service I have received from this company is nothing short of rude, aggressive, and damn right disgraceful. There sales person requires some training in how to deal with the public and speak to people properly. We purchased some windows and doors at several thousands of pounds. They came to fit them and have had to come back several times as the job hasn’t been completed.
