Having previously used Kings Windows who did an excellent job of buildinf a conservatory bfew years ago. I decided to used them again to carry out som additional work.
My requiement was for the supply and fitting of a new window, two replacment glass units to old windows and new fascias, soffits and guttering.
All this was carried out within a few weeks from quotation acceptance to job completeion. The quality of th materials and workmanship was excellent I could not fault it. Once the job was completed the work people cleaned up completely including vacuuming the front lawn of anf loose debris.
I would thoroughly reccomend this company to all who have similer requirements.
A Dalton February 2025.
Have had windows bifold doors and soffits facials and guttering done. Very pleased with work and did come back for a window catch. I have 2 problems tho . I have a very draughty bathroom window which seems I can’t do anything about but the main issue is I have made so many phone calls and emails but they refuse to supply me with a fensa certificate . Some of the work doesn’t need it as was part of an extension but it’s been over 2 years now and I’m still waiting. I’m not sure if I’m going to have problems when i come to sell my house as it’s clear I’m not going to get one so rather disappointed with after sales service bearing in mind how much I spent so probably wouldn’t use again
Just want to say thank you to you, Declan and the team who made a lovely neat job of installing our windows. Our neighbour who was in all day, commented how professional the guys were so i thought you'd like to have that positive feedback. We will obviously recommend you to others and will call you again in the future as id like my front door replaced at some stage
How happy my wife and I are with the professional job Declan and his colleagues did in installing the sliding sash windows to our property. The quality of the windows exceeded our expectations - so a big thanks to you for smoothly arranging all this!
A terrible company. They've installed windows in a finish that is supposedly the closest match to my existing windows because 'the one I have are discontinued'. They've installed a wood grain finish instead of a plain finish. Have subsequently found out they aren't discontinued, are freely available in the UK and King Windiws are now trying to tell me it was my fault because I didn't do my research properly. We're taking them to court.

This is currently a legal matter and until a decision is made this unfair review must be removed. Thank you
Mrs. King
On April 25th the team from Kings windows replaced all 10 of my doible glazed windows and one sliding patio door. They managed to do the job in one day which was amazing! It was like an army of them were doing the work. The job was done to an exceptional standard and they guys did a pretty good job of working tidy and cleaning up afterwards. Thanks to the team at Kings.
We had a back patio door and all windows done about 5 years ago by Kings from recommendation. We found the back door always has a problem. It's a bit stiff and all the aluminium panels inside the double glaze came off. Thought my husband has rang Kings talked about it couple times but nothing was actually done. Therefore we have to live with it. Then 2 years ago, two of the back windows on upstairs and downstairs could not open. We rang Kings again and the lady on the phone said the engineer will ring us when he's nearby to have a look but no one ever called. Therefore my father in law came and fixed it. Recently the patio door was stuck locked, we guess it must have been dropped bit by bit in the past as it's always stiff. The in law came to look couldn't fix it, therefore we had to ring an emergency locksmith which cost us about £190 to fix the door. He said the work on the back door that has been done is awful and it must be from cowboy builders. The door has been dropped over 5 mm and he found only one screw put to hold the door to the wall and it's not even the right screw fit in. We can't even imagine what had been done to the rest of the house. We are now very frustrated and in process to fix the rest of the problem with those windows and door.
