I honestly couldn't recommend this company enough. From my initial enquiry until final installation the whole process took less than 5 weeks and the customer service from Rebecca was second to none and nothing was ever too much for her. The door was installed by Ross with no fuss whatsoever. He did hit a snag when he found out the wrong size of door had been dispatched. However when I saw the door installed I was more than happy to stick with the original door. I was totally gobsmacked when Rebecca phoned me to say that she was refunding me £500 for the door size being wrong, a fantastic gesture but one befitting of this firm. I shopped around 4 or 5 different companies before I decided to go with Fernisky Frames and although price isn't the be all and end all for us, as a family, when it comes to purchasing goods but Fernisky Frames were coming in over £1000 cheaper than the best of the rest. In this day and age that's a massive bonus added to the fact that their customer service is gold standard then I would recommend this firm to anyone. Top job!!!

Good quality comprehensive materials transformed my cold little used conservatory into a warm place I want to be in . Fernisky Frames took the old glass roof off and cleared all debris away leaving the space clean and tidy before starting the assembly of the new roof, I stayed out of the way and let the team get on with the job but I had a wee look now and then and was surprised how well the assembly was coming together. All my questions were answered and any concerns were addressed. I have no hesitation in recommending Ferniskey Frames to anyone who requires a good quality job well done.

First rate service from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the jobs completion the people at Fernisky were there every step of the way. A special thanks to Rebecca who not only handled all of the admin but was also on site pitching in to ensure the work was finished on time. I should also mention the people who installed the windows and doors as well as those who came to re-plaster. Both were recommedned by Fernisky and their work was also of the highest calibre. For me this was a big project with the potential for a fair amount of disruption but thanks to all involved it could not have gone more smoothly.
